BRIDAL TRIAL RUN
Please carefully read all policies and fees listed below (listed under inquiry form) BEFORE inquiring. With payment of the booking fee, both parties are in agreement to all stated policies and fees on this page.
Once payment is received, this becomes a binding contract.
A trial is extremely recommended for the bride. This is very helpful to make the wedding day go smoothly. During this session we will have an in depth consultation on your bridal goals, and how to achieve them. Pictures for inspiration are most definitely welcome!
Trial runs are scheduled Wednesday-Friday in salon. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and a clean face (if receiving makeup services).
All inquiries and correspondence will be through email. Please check all folders, including junk/spam for responses.
DETAILS
Entire wedding party: Hair must be clean and completely dry or a $25 fee will be added for additional blowdrying.
Max amount of services: 12. Shay can only perform a certain amount of services depending on timing, please see timing reference above with services.
Multiple stylists may be needed for large parties and time restraints. If an additional stylist is needed, Shay may offer recommendations for other artists to add on to your team. Shay Marie is not responsible for additional stylists booked separately.
Services must be paid in full 1 week before the date of the wedding. Once payment is received it is NON REFUNDABLE.
In the case of a cancellation of the wedding date by the bride, with less than one months notice, 50% of the total service amount will be due.
*IMPORTANT*
In the case of needing to reschedule the wedding date, I will try my best to be accommodating for the new date change. However, any payment from the original date is non refundable or transferable. A new booking fee will be needed to secure new date.
Brides, or booking parties, are responsible for payment to Shay for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.
Any other fees associated are the brides, or booking parties responsibility (ex. valet, parking, tolls, lodging, flights if needed, etc.) and may be required depending on location and time.
Once the booking fee is received the bride or booking party is agreeing to all policies and fees. Please read carefully!

BOOKING FEE
$50 booking fee is required hold your date on my schedule. This separate fee is in addition to the service pricing, not a deposit towards services. the booking / travel fee is non-refundable and non transferable, is to be paid after quote is sent and contracted services are agreed upon.
This fee covers holding your date, milage to and from on site location within the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla and Benton City, WA area only, as well as set up/clean up on the wedding date. Please read TRAVEL for any travel beyond outside of the area’s listed above.
EXTRAS
Want me by your side throughout photos and the ceremony?
Once all services are complete, I will perform any touch ups needed before leaving the venue. However, if you wish to have me stay past completed services, for additional touch ups or a second style/makeup look?
This option is for you↓
$60 each additional hour past all hair and makeup services through ceremony.
$150 for a second look to be completed immediately following the ceremony, if second look is desired.
TRAVEL
All travel pricing is based out of Tri-Cities, Walla Walla and Benton City. WA area only. Please keep this in mind when inquiring about on site wedding services.
